Junior Inter-Regionals 2024

Individual Race

The Junior Inter-Regional Championships took place this Saturday (28th September) at Mallards Pike in the Forest of Dean. Our team of 19 juniors were competing against the best orienteers from the 11 British Orienteering regions - strong running from the team had them in 7th place. Top Welsh performance of the day was from Freddie Lake who was 3rd in the M18 class

Relays

The team stayed overnight at the Mendip Activity Centre and the relay took place in the surrounding Sandford and Lyncombe Woods on Sunday morning. Consistent running from all our relay teams (no mis-punches) gave us 6th position in the relays and maintained our 7th place overall
